Forse solo loro, e pochi altri, potevano interrompere il sano spirito agonistico che vive in me... In questo weekend di fuoco, e non mi riferisco al clima, ma alla accoppiata Marmotte e Coppi che avevo intenzione di fare quest'inverno... Tutto spazzato via da un sms di mia sorella a metà febbraio: "Arrivano gli Aerosmith!!!!!"
Un vero e proprio Flash Back, ed io ovviamente mollo tutto e vado a vederli! Non posso mancare...
Li "conobbi" nel lontano 1993 a 16 anni (mi vengono i brividi quando ci penso) con un disco bellissimo "Get a Grip", totalmente ignaro che già avevano una storia alle spalle, da prima che nascessi...
Sono stati la mia ancora di salvezza nella mia adolescenza, dove per un'incidente, ho visto spazzare via sul nascere ogni sogno di Giro d'Italia e Tour de France che erano, e lo sono ancora oggi, il mio chiodo fisso...
L'ultima volta che li vidi era durante un'edizione sfigata del Monza Rock Festival del 2000 (mi sembra si chiamasse così), e poi sono sempre rimasti alla larga dall'Europa...
Sono proprio curioso di ri-vedere questi vecchietti che dal vivo sono sempre stati uno spettacolo, e dal vivo la musica prende vita...
